Project Brief

This is the tool that is given to the admin of a private space in the application of MedsBla. from here ythey can monitor and manage the space and its members.

Concept

This control panel is divided into different sections, a dashboard with the metrics of use of the application, a section of user administration, another of groups and what I think is the most powerful, a panel of notifications from which the administrator of a space, can send information to users in the form of push notification and inApp notification.

Although the greatest use of this tool is expected to be made from desktop, there has been a great effort to provide all the features in its responsive version, following the principles of mobile first and for subsequent integration into the App through a web view.

Integration

The integration of all services related to private spaces, such as invitations or the creation of new spaces by new or existing users led to an important investigation into all cases of use and how they affected each of the users of the app.
In this diagram we can see all those cases and their relationships with each other, expressed in a more visual way.

Mobile

As I mentioned before, all the functionalities of this control panel can be used from the mobile. Taking into account the extensive tables and the large number of functions on each of its fields had to carry out a thorough analysis of user needs ranking the functionalities in terms of importance and frequency of use.

Monitorization

For the first iteration of the product, we decided to give the followind metrics: Data usage, Connected devices by day of week, Connections by hours of the day, Attach files type per week, Percentage of private messages and group messages, Role by user and Speciality by user.
